Ross Hight (Panel Moderator) | Vice President, The Mosaic Company

Ross Hight is the VP of Technology Consulting for the Mosaic Company. In addition to managing a team of learning technology consultants and technical project managers, he provides technical expertise on product and application development, manages technical projects, and acts as a technical consultant for clients. His strengths lie in synthesizing and documenting business processes and requirements as part of learning solution architectures, and designing and developing technology-based learning solutions to fit clients’ needs.

Timothy Donohue | Vice President, IHRDC

Timothy Donohue has over 25 years of experience in the Energy and Environmental Industries. For the past 23 years, he has led a team of developers, IT specialists, and subject matter experts at IHRDC, a top learning and development company for the Oil and Gas Industry. As Vice President, Timothy currently oversees the e-Learning and Knowledge Solutions business unit which provides the most comprehensive online learning suite of programs for the worldwide energy industry including areas in the Oil & Gas Business Value Chain, Upstream Technology and Operations & Maintenance. Timothy has also worked in project development and operations for underground gas storage projects in western New York State.

Andy Antoniou | Technical Training Manager, Union Gas

Andy Antoniou is the Technical Training Manager at Union Gas, where he has been employed for 29 years. Andy has held many field and corporate management roles, including Manager of Construction and Growth, Manager of Damage Prevention, Manager of Utility Services, and Technical Training Manager since 2013. A graduate from Conestoga College as a Civil Engineering Technologist, during his time as a Manager of Damage Prevention Andy was a member of the Common Ground Alliance (CGA) committee in the USA and is credited with bringing the CGA to Ontario — the first charter outside of the U.S. The Canadian CGA now thrives.

Samantha Gonda | Instructional Program Design Manager, NiSource

Samantha Gonda is a manager of instructional design at NiSource, Inc. In her five years with the company, she has created consistent instructional design processes that are used across the seven-state footprint. With the recent addition of a learning content management system, she was able to implement a “write once, reuse everywhere” methodology within the department. Samantha graduated valedictorian from the Art Institute of Los Angeles, and is always looking for ways to integrate dynamic imagery with engaging, hands-on learning in her team’s instructional design projects.
