Heather Thompson | Director, Business Development

Heather joined TransPerfect in 2011 after earning a degree in International Business and a minor in French with a Certificate in Global Studies. Heather is a leader in TransPerfect’s e-learning division and specializes in localization of online content, from e-learning to websites, software, and mobile apps. Heather has assisted multinational clients in a variety of industries such as Aramark, JP Morgan Chase, and AstraZeneca to create localization friendly training material and launch it into various regions around the world, while driving process efficiencies through translation management technology.

 

Jose Gonzalez | E-Learning Strategy Consultant, Global Client Services

Jose joined TransPerfect in 2011 as part of the European Client Services team. With over 16 years experience in all areas of the localization industry, from translator to localization engineering, project management and account management. Jose has specialized in e-learning development and localization, implementing different strategies, solutions and testing processes for digital training content. He has also contributed to e-learning localization growth and to TransPerfect being named for fourth consecutive year Top Translation and Language Service Provider in E-Learning.
