We use Wiki/Confluence as our knowledge base.  It contains project information, user stories, contact information, release notes and schedules, product information, product discussions, you name it!  If you do not have an existing Wiki account, please contact your Relationship Manager and you will be assisted further.

Training, Education and Answers

We have several options for you to learn and explore all aspects of the Xyleme platform:

  • Classes, Q & A, Ask-The-Experts – We offer a variety of live-virtual sessions each week for overview training, general and detailed technical questions.
  • Feature Friday – Live-virtual sessions where we discuss different aspects of our platform and implementation strategies. These Feature Friday sessions are recorded and available in the Feature Friday Channel on our learning portal.
  • Learning Portal – A searchable resource portal for product training and documentation.

If you do not have an account for the Learning Portal, please submit a JIRA ticket or ask your company admin or our relationship managers to do this for you.

User Community

Our custom Yammer community is where the weekly training schedule is highlighted, customers can ask questions in an open forum, and important information is shared (such as system down alerts).

If you do not have an existing Yammer account, please contact your Relationship Manager and you will be assisted further.

Community Directory

In addition to our user community, we publish a private online directory of Xyleme users across our install base.  The directory if only available to those who have choose to be included in it themselves.
