This time we will be focusing on the needs of those who manage and support our platform in your organization. We’ll have a healthy mix of presentations, customer stories and discussions, covering topics such as:

  • Easing the onboarding of new team members or business groups
  • Troubleshooting processes and scaling your Xyleme support team
  • Governance: managing authoring and tagging standards, output templates, change requests
  • Inspiring customer storytelling around maximizing the platform
  • Xyleme customer “X”cellence Awards
